Mr. Binette is the founder of the Binette Law Firm, PLLC. Mr. Binette formed the law firm in 2016 on the principle that injured people and their families should have access to the same quality legal representation as insurance companies. Attorney Binette has over eight years of experience representing injured parties in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents, and workers’ compensation.

Mr. Binette earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from the University of New Hampshire in 2003, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2007, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board.

Mr. Binette has devoted his entire career tirelessly pursuing and representing those who have suffered personal injuries at the negligence of others, as well as representing injured employees who have suffered work-related injuries all throughout the state of North Carolina. The Binette Law Firm, PLLC is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients who are facing difficult personal, financial, and legal challenges.

Mr. Binette is licensed to practice in all State Courts in North Carolina as well as the United States District Court, Western District of North Carolina. He is also a member of the North Carolina State Bar, Mecklenburg County Bar, American Bar Association, and the North Carolina Bar Association.

Outside of work, Mr. Binette enjoys spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys many recreational activities, including running, entertaining, and reading.
