After graduating from law school, Jason worked under criminal defense attorney, Syrie Davis Fried at the Law Office of Syrie Davis Fried in Maynard, Massachusetts as an associate attorney assisting in many criminal defense cases.

After many years of practice, Jason opened his own law practice in 2013, The Law Offices of Jason C. Feinberg & Associates where he continues litigating personal injury and criminal defense cases in the Greater Boston, Northern Massachusetts, and New Hampshire area. Attorney Feinberg also practices in the area of employment law and has worked on cases involving unpaid wages, wrongful termination, violations of the Family Medical Leave Act, constructive discharge, sexual harassment, race harassment, and unlawful workplace discrimination on the basis of pregnancy, race, genetic information, sex, age, and pay.
