Jeannie Lagorio has been a licensed attorney in the State of California since 2001. Since 2002, she has been practicing exclusively in the California Workers’ Compensation specialty, with extensive experience representing both the injured workers and the insurance companies/large employers. This unique position of having represented both sides in the Workers’ Compensation System puts her at an advantage in that she is experienced and has extensive knowledge as to how the insurance companies operate and the tactics/strategies they use. Jeannie has always had a passion for the law. She began her legal career as a “runner” for an insurance defense firm at the age of 16. From there she worked in the court system in Reno, Nevada, followed by extensive experience as a legal secretary and paralegal for many years in both Nevada and California. In order to better serve the people in her community, while working full time as a paralegal she attended and graduated from law school.
