Jeff McKinney has been committed during his practice, for more than 30 years, to helping working people. Born and raised in rural Red Bay, AL, he has worked as a laborer in manufacturing plants. This allowed him to see firsthand the devastating effects a personal injury can have on a working family. Jeff has co-hosted television and radio shows to educate Alabamians and prevent insurance companies and corporations from taking advantage of them following an injury. Education
Jeff McKinney graduated in 1987 from the University of North Alabama and the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1990. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1990. He is a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, Alabama State Bar Association, Alabama Association for Justice, and American Association for Justice. He was admitted to the United States District Court and United States Courts of Appeals – 6th Circuit. He has successfully prosecuted personal injury matters in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee while focusing on handling Alabama cases.
