Jeffrey L. Herman holds B.A., M.S.W., and J.D. Degrees. He has been a practicing lawyer and attorney since 1994. He has tried over 180 trials, arbitrations, and appeals, since being admitted to the Bar. He has successfully resolved 39 wrongful death claims to date. His practice focuses on auto accidents, bicycle and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, burns, fractures, child and elder abuse and neglect, and other serious personal injury cases.
Jeff Herman has been an Eagle member of the Washington Association for Justice (WSAJ) since 2000. Approved as a King County Superior Court Arbitrator in 2003, he frequently arbitrates civil lawsuits for King County Superior Court. He also serves as a court-appointed Settlement Guardian Ad Litem, investigating whether settlements of childrens’ claims are fair, and reporting his findings to the court.
