Jennifer Lipinski is an attorney with a civil trial practice dedicated to the pursuit of justice for Florida’s injured with a focus on personal injury and sexual abuse. This includes representing victims of crime, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death. Ms. Lipinski has been lead counsel or co-counsel for several million-dollar verdicts and settlements. Most recently, Ms. Lipinski was lead counsel in a sexual abuse case that resulted in a $2,600,000 verdict against a rehabilitation center who failed to supervise their employee/agent. Ms. Lipinski also helped secure the largest settlement of record at the time against a government entity – $1,800,000 – following the wrongful death of a mentally disabled teen. In 2014, she was a member of the trial team who obtained a $21,000,000 verdict for the wrongful death of a 37-year-old mother and wife who tragically died due to the medical malpractice of a popular laboratory company. She frequently tries cases to jury verdict and is not afraid to take on corporations or defendants who harm her clients. To date, she has tried 15 civil jury trials, which represents more than most of her peers in the community despite their years of practice.
Ms. Lipinski obtained her law degree with honors from Michigan State University College of Law in 2012 graduating cum laude. She participated in national moot court competitions at both Harvard Law School and UCLA. She served as an editor of the Journal of Medicine and Law. Ms. Lipinski is also a graduate of the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, a rigorous two-year litigation program. Ms. Lipinski obtained her undergraduate degree in 2008, graduating from the University of Central Florida in 3 ½ years. She obtained a degree in Political Science with a concentration in American Policy and Politics and a minor in legal studies. She served as a senator of the College of Health and Public Affairs and as Pro Tempore of the legislative branch. She was a member of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority.
She is a board member with the American Association for Justice representing the state of Florida. The organization is comprised of 20,000 trial lawyers across the state of Florida. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the National Crime Victim Bar Association. She also serves as a Board of Director for the Florida Justice Association. She is also a graduate of the 2015 AAJ Leadership Academy.
Ms. Lipinski has been the recipient of many prestigious awards. Most notably, she received the F Scott Baldwin “Most Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer” Award in 2022 from the New Lawyers Division of the American Association for Justice, which makes up nearly 5000 newer lawyers across the country. The award found she met the highest standard of experience and skill and for “exemplifying the highest ideals of a Trial Lawyer by demonstrating excellence, compassion, honesty, and caring of her profession through protecting consumers from the abuse of corporate power, and by acting as a trustee of individual liberties.” She also received the Rising Star Award in 2023 from the Florida Justice Association and the inaugural Young Lawyer of the Year award in 2018 from the Florida Association for Women Lawyers Palm Beach County Chapter.
