Johnny is the Senior partner in the firm. Johnny is originally from Memphis, TN and moved to Chattanooga in 1989. Johnny received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and his law degree from Memphis State University where he was a member of the law review.

Johnny worked in the litigation department of a large law firm before striking out on his own in 1991.  He is a veteran trial attorney with trials ranging from DUI to First Degree Murder and has never lost a murder case. In 2006, Johnny was elected as judge for the City of Red Bank and presides over cases ranging from traffic matters to very serious felonies. His experience as a judge as well as a defense attorney gives him a perspective and experience that you will not find anywhere else. Johnny also handles civil cases including car and truck accidents and motorcycle wrecks. Johnny has been licensed in Tennessee and Georgia for 30 years.

Johnny and his wife Casey live in Soddy Daisy. Casey is a State Farm agent on Signal Mountain. Johnny has three grown children.
