Before he came to Richmond, Mr. Halperin was a Senior and Founding Partner of a boutique litigation law firm in Washington, D.C. He has lectured extensively in the fields of personal injury and trial law. Additionally, he taught federal practice and procedure at The Columbus School of Law for 7 years. He continues to present legal education courses and seminars to attorneys and legal staff for the Virginia Trial Lawyers’ Association. He has also lectured on behalf of the Roscoe Pound Foundation regarding the fundamentals of trial practice
