Joshua (“Josh”) Ginn started his own law practice in July of 2016 where he has helped many clients in the areas of personal injury, criminal law, domestic law (divorce/child custody and support), real estate litigation, and estate law. Josh is committed to helping his clients and fighting to see that “justice is for all.” His primary focus is on probates and estates; personal injury and civil litigation; and other domestic and criminal law areas.

Josh has been a licensed attorney in Mississippi since 2014. Josh has handled many types of cases ranging from personal injury, probate/estate litigation, domestic and civil litigation. Josh is licensed to practice before all federal and state courts in Mississippi as well as the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.

Josh is a Mississippi native, born and raised in the Tylertown – McComb area (which is southwest Mississippi). He received his B.S.B.A. from the University of Southern Mississippi graduating magna cum laude in 2006. He received his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, graduating cum laude in 2010. While at MC Josh was an executive editor of Law Review. Josh currently resides in Madison County with his wife, Morgan, and their two sons. In his free time, Josh enjoys hunting and outdoor recreation.
