He once traveled to Haiti to meet his clients and drafted an immigration petition to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights seeking Temporary Protected Status for his Haitian clients. Haitians received Temporary Protected Status after the earthquake in 2011. Mr. Cramer also appeared on local radio in Cap-Hatien, Haiti and advised Haitians of their immigration rights regarding TPS and answered caller’s questions.
