Kay Burningham is a trial attorney with over thirty years’ experience in civil litigation, having recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for her clients. Most of those clients have been the victims of serious and permanent personal injuries. As a former insurance defense attorney, her clients included the insureds for such insurance carriers as Allstate, State Farm and GEICO.

She spent the initial part of her litigation career practicing in San Diego, California, where she served as a Superior Court settlement officer and court-approved, as well as private arbitrator. She has litigated cases in Utah, San Diego, Orange County, and San Francisco, California.
