Kelsey Baldwin is the founding partner of The Baldwin Firm PLLC, specializing in Estate Planning and Business Transactions. Kelsey received her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. While in law school, Kelsey earned a CALI Award in Remedies of Law and was a member of the Merit Scholars Organization, President of Poverty Law, Health Law Association, and The Ruth Bader Ginsburg Inn of Court. She received a certificate in Health Law upon completion of her Juris Doctor at Oklahoma City University. In addition, Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma, where she specialized in Clinical Psychopathology. She also holds a Minor in Sociology. Kelsey has been educated at The University of Oklahoma within the Masters of Social Work Program for Direct Practice as well as a Masters in Criminology, prior to attending Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2017.

Kelsey has an extensive background serving underneath Metro Law Firm’s practice in Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Family Law, and Business Transactional Law.

Kelsey is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Active in her local community, Kelsey is passionate about the homeless community and serves with Positive Tomorrows to break the cycle of homelessness in Oklahoma City. In addition, she also partners with WATER is LIFE to bring awareness to the world water crisis on a global level.
