Working with Mr. Kaufman was the best decision I have ever made. Not only did he make me feel at ease from day one but he kept me informed every step of the way. He made sure I was comfortable with any decision I had to make and never made me feel pressured into any decisions. The best part however was that I never felt like I was talking to “a lawyer”. When he was speaking with me I always knew he was genuine. He takes the time to get to know you so that he understands how to best pursue your case and you can tell that he is making you his priority.

I was in an automobile accident where I was backed into. I have a previous back injury from 2001 and was being maintained and able to work on my feet and also stand for periods of time. I went to the hospital and was found that my back was worse. The next day I was contacted by the other drivers insurance agent. He wanted to settle for $500. I looked up on google, best auto accident attorney’s in WV. Kaufman and McPherson came up. I submitted my inquiry and it wasn’t no more than an hour that Mr. McPherson called me and said he believed he could help me. The whole time Mr.McPherson contacted me either by phone, text, or email. Mr. McPherson and his legal team are the best. Mr.McPherson got me way more than I expected. They are 10 out of 10 to me. I definitely recommend them for any auto accident injuries. Thanks guys
