Upon graduating from University of Maryland, Kyle continued his studies at Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Suffolk County. At Touro, Kyle honed his skills at legal research and writing, negotiating and trial advocacy. After his first year, Kyle was asked by his legal writing professor to be her research assistant for the remainder of his time at law school. He also applied his research and writing skillset as a staff member on Touro’s Law Review. Kyle’s favorite class of his entire educationally career was his second year trial practice class, where he learned advanced trial skills from one of Long Island’s most reputable litigators. He utilized those trial skills while participating on Touro’s Trial Advocacy and Practice Honors Society. He also received a CALI Award for receiving the highest grade in his Criminal Procedure class during his final semester of law school.

Kyle graduated from Touro Law School Magna Cum Laude in the Top 10 of his class. Upon graduating, Kyle joined a Long Island Plaintiff’s firm where he started gained valuable experience as a young attorney. He recently joined the team at Matthew J. Salimbene, P.C., where he looks forward to continuing to represent victims injured in accidents. As a litigation attorney he aggressively represents those who have been injured in accidents due to little or no fault of their own.

In his spare time, Kyle enjoys going to the beach, golfing, and running obstacle course races.
