Mr. Bragg received his Juris Doctorate degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 1989. He made the Dean’s List, participated in every single trial and appellate court competition available to him in law school, graduated in the top half of his class, and was awarded Most Outstanding Trial Advocacy Board Member in 1989.Mr. Bragg received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College in 1985, where he majored in political science, was a published author in two Literary Reviews, and earned honors in Varsity wrestling and golf. He was awarded 1985 Most Valuable Team Member on the wrestling team.

Mr. Bragg grew up in Virginia Beach and graduated from First Colonial High School in 1981, where he was on the Varsity golf team all three years, earning the Most Improved Player award in 1980 and the Most Outstanding Player award in 1981. From 1989 to 2001, Mr. Bragg managed, coached, and played on numerous softball teams, winning the Virginia Beach City League co-ed championships in 1998 and 1999 as a manager, coach, and pitcher. From 2005-2016, Mr. Bragg managed and coached Virginia Beach City Little League boys basketball teams, winning a regular season title in 2006 and a championship in 2007. He is an active member, usher (1989-2016), and Head Usher (2010-2016) of the First Presbyterian Church of Virginia Beach, and a member of the Hampden-Sydney College Alumni Association of South Hampton Roads.

Through all this, Mr. Bragg’s first love is his family. He is married with three children who are very active themselves in college, grade school, sports, church, and the community.
