Admitted to practice in Hawaii in 1974, Mark S. Davis has spent over four decades fighting for his clients’ rights in and out of the courtroom. Through the years, Mr. Davis has earned various accolades for his representation of plaintiffs in complex medical malpractice and personal injury matters. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and was selected Lawyer of the Year. He is 1 of only 100 lawyers in America and the only Hawaii attorney who is a member of The Inner Circle of Advocates. He is a past President of this organization. He is also a strong advocate for civil rights throughout Hawaii and was on the National Board of Directors of the American Civil Liberties Union.
Mr. Davis is a frequent speaker on key matters related to medical malpractice, personal injury law, disability discrimination, and many others, and he has numerous publications on such subjects as civil lawsuits, class actions, motor vehicle collisions, and discrimination.
He earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Tulane University in 1971 and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in 1974. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Hawaii, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Davis finds great satisfaction in representing the injured, voiceless, and wronged. In fighting for the defenseless, he works not only to improve their lives but to improve conditions for future generations.
