After graduating from Syracuse Law School, Mr. Viencek (pronounced “Vin sek”) went to work for a law firm that worked for the insurance companies in personal-injury lawsuits. Learning how insurance companies fight personal injury cases was invaluable. Immediately after leaving that firm, Mr. Viencek began putting that experience to work. He made the switch to representing those that have been injured rather than defending those at fault and the insurance companies. He was hired by a Christian attorney with a great reputation and was put in charge of all personal injury and medical malpractice cases. In 1992, he founded his own injury practice and has been representing exclusively injured individuals ever since.

A year after starting his own injury practice, Mark took a God inspired idea and ran with it . . . he began putting together an innovative, cutting edge injury practice that combined his exceptional lawyering skills with the skills, resources and power of other top attorneys in New York and across the country. Working with these other select top attorneys, puts unlimited resources (e.g., manpower, financial resources, etc.) at Mr. Viencek’s disposal and allows him to take on any case no matter how big or complex. for more on how he does this.

In 1995, Mr. Viencek expanded his injury practice to include helping those in debt and those with consumer law related injuries and damages. People don’t typically consider the victims of illegal corporate practices and debt collection abuse/harassment as “injured”, but they are. The damages they experience run the gamut from physical injuries (hypertension, major stress/anxiety, etc.) to forcing people into bankruptcy, causing marital instability, invasion of privacy, etc. Mr. Viencek started one of the largest consumer law practices in Central New York redressing these injuries and has recovered over $300,000 in damages for clients in this area.
