Mark was raised in Chicago, has worked in the trades with a Union Carpenter’s card and spent three years as a Military Policeman.  He attended the University of Illinois in Chicago and graduated with a B.A and attended Moody Bible Institute where he graduated with a B.A. in Jewish studies.   After his undergraduate studies, Mark received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.  He has worked with the U.S. Department Of Justice, prosecuted as an Assistant State’s Attorney and served as an Assistant Public Defender.  Prior to establishing his own legal practice, he worked at several large injury law firms where he also focused on helping injury victims. 

Mark is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America.  He has served as a past secretary-treasurer of the Logan County Bar Association.
