Michael Eisenberg grew up in the Chicagoland area, and has lived there his entire life, absent a few years in Wisconsin where he graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Michael married his high school sweetheart, Abby, and they have two wonderful children, Brody and Ava.

Michael worked at several large law firms in Chicago prior to starting his own practice in 2014. Michael focuses his practice on personal injury claims, with a particular focus on nursing home claims and catastrophic accidents.

Coming from a large firm, it was important for Michael to create a family-like environment for not just staff, but clients, as well. Michael understood that when someone seeks counsel from an attorney, it’s not because they want to, it’s generally because they need to. Lawyers are contacted to help people during some of the most traumatic and difficult times of their lives, and Michael believed that helping guide clients, not just through the legal process, but through the real-world difficulties they faced was what would make his firm stand out amongst his peers.

Michael has been named an Illinois SuperLawyer rising star every year since 2014 which is an award given to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in Illinois under the age of 40 in recognition of their success and formidable representation of their clients.
