Morgan was born in Madisonville, Kentucky in 1993. He attended Clarksville Academy from 2005-2012. He knew at a young age that he wanted to pursue a legal career. Morgan attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and received a B.A. in Political Science. He worked as a law clerk for a local firm before attending law school at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
During law school, Morgan was twice elected President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. During his tenure, society memberships tripled. He also worked as a law clerk for the Shelby County Attorney’s office, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle, & Cox. After earning a J.D. from Memphis law in the spring of 2020, Morgan returned home to Clarksville, Tennessee to open RedStone Law with his father, Michael Burman, and fellow Memphis Law classmate, Mark Zenker.
It is Morgan’s lifelong dream to open a law firm with his father and help people from his hometown community resolve any legal issues. He believes the law should benefit society, not hinder individual prosperity. Whatever your legal issue may be, Morgan will work to ensure the law functions in a just manner.
