By age 30, Nolan was one of the youngest attorneys ever admitted to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum for recovering more than $2.5 million dollars, in a highly disputed case, for a client who lost her daughter to a drunk driver. Since then, he has recovered millions of dollars for other deserving clients who have sustained serious, often permanent injuries due to the negligence of other people and companies.

Nolan is a trial lawyer. He has won jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and has argued before the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Missouri. Nolan’s 2022 jury trial results include a $3 million verdict in a “no offer” medical malpractice case, as well as a $1.3 million verdict in a disputed-liability negligence case. Because of Nolan’s experience and results, other attorneys regularly seek his counsel and refer clients to him.

Nolan received his law degree with honors from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Illinois State University. Nolan is a proud member of the Missouri Bar, Illinois Bar, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL).

Through BAMSL, Nolan gives back to the community by volunteering on Fox 2 News’ Call-A-Lawyer program.
