My entire practice of law has centered around Northern Kentucky. I have been lucky to have been a part of the legal system from many different view points. I started my legal career as an Assistant Public Advocate or what many know as a public defender. This allowed me to experience the criminal and civil courts through the eyes of those who were charged with a criminal or civil offense. I obtained valuable bench and jury trial experience that has had a great influence on my ability to litigate. After being with the Public Advocacte’s office I became an Assitant Kenton County Attorney where i obtained the experience of seeing the system from the other perspective. After almost 5 years in this position, I joined with my Law Partner and create Roush & Stilz, P.S.C. with the intent of providing excellent legal representation to those in need of assistance.
