​Phil’s education began at Maryland University. Phil eventually graduated from Maryland University with a Bachelor’s degree where he majored in pre law. Phil took one step further where he moved to Jacksonville, Florida, where he applied and was accepted to Florida Coastal School of Law. While at Florida Coastal School of Law, Phil excelled on all aspects where he eventually graduated Law school in 2015 in the top of his class.
