Raven was born in Glasgow, Kentucky and grew up in Hart County, Kentucky. She attended Centre College and received a B.A. in 2006. Raven received her Juris Doctor from Salmon P. chase College of Law in 2012 and was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 2013.
