Rob has been a NH lawyer for over 25 years.  His practice has included all levels of state court as well as federal court actions.  Rob’s primary area is trial work in injury, divorce, criminal defense and contract law.  He has acted as legal counsel to the NH state legislature and the Public Utilities Commission.  Rob is also an experience mediator and arbitrator.  Rob graduated from the University of Southern Maine (cum laude) in 1988 and received his Juris Doctorate from New England Law School in Boston in 1994.

Since 1994, Rob has successfully tried cases before New Hampshire juries, judges and numerous state and municipal boards and commissions.  During law school, he interned with the Disabilities Rights Center, the NH Public Defenders’ Office and the MA Supreme Court Mental Health Law Project.

Rob spends his free time with wife and two grown children and enjoys motorcycling, mountain biking, surfing and golfing.  He actively volunteers in the community and the legal profession conducting workshops, writing legal articles and presenting at legal seminars.
