Sandra Zisckind is the managing partner and co-founder of Diamond and Diamond Personal Injury Lawyers.
Sandra moved to Washington D.C. in 2001 where she obtained her Master of Laws Degree from George Washington University while pursuing a legal internship with the late Senator John McCain. After being called to the Ontario Bar in 2003, Zisckind practiced insurance defence at a prominent firm before moving towards plaintiff personal injury. She has cemented herself as a legal commentator with media appearances on CTV, City News, CP24 and Global News. In a period of 10 years, Diamond and Diamond has expanded from one office to 16 offices across Canada, making them the largest Personal Injury firm in the country. Sandra is one of the only female managing partners of a law firm of this magnitude, with over 65 lawyers and over 300 support staff. Sandra also actively supports and is involved in numerous charities, including Easter Seals Ontario, Chai Lifeline and Victim Services Toronto where she has sat as co-chair since 2015.
Now working alongside fellow personal injury lawyers Jeremy Diamond, Isaac Zisckind and the rest of the Diamond & Diamond team, Sandra helps clients with claims in the following areas:

Over the years, Sandra has gained substantial exposure to all areas of litigation practice including conducting discoveries, motions, pre-trials, trials and private mediations. She has attended numerous trials as counsel and recently was successful in prosecuting a chronic pain motor vehicle accident case where the result amounted to three times the defendant’s offer. Sandra also has significant experience in Occupiers’ Liability Act claims representing persons injured in slip and fall incidents.
