Mr. Clayton, Sean to his clients, has practiced law in the State of Florida for the past eight years. He offers his clients over eight years of Criminal Law litigation experience. Mr. Clayton attended the Florida State University College of Law after graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Criminal Justice degree from Florida Atlantic University. With the goal of practicing Criminal Law, Mr. Clayton focused his law school electives on Criminal Law courses, culminating in an externship with the Gadsden County State Attorney’s Office.

After passing the Bar, Mr. Clayton volunteered with the 15th Circuit State Attorney’s Office in West Palm Beach as a Special Prosecutor prior to accepting a position as an Assistant State Attorney in Marion County, Florida.

Mr. Clayton’s experiences with three State Attorneys Offices afforded opportunities to witness effective legal defense strategies. His understanding of both the prosecutor’s case and effective defense strategies serve him well, as well as his criminal defense clients.

In private practice, Mr. Clayton has used his litigation experience to continue to serve the people of Florida, protecting their rights in both the Criminal Law and Personal Injury Law arenas.
