Steven D. Roberts has been practicing law for more than two decades. Originally from San Antonio, Steve attended Princeton University where he graduated with a degree in Politics in 1990. Steve then returned to Texas, earning his law degree from SMU in 1993.

For the first half of his career, Steve was a senior partner at a major law firm in Dallas, where he defended insurance companies and their insureds in civil lawsuits. He founded the Roberts Law Firm in 2006 to serve the legal needs of individuals, families, and businesses by providing them result-oriented and cost-effective, representation.

Steve has been a frequent lecturer and author for the State Bar of Texas, and has served as the president of the North East Tarrant County Bar Association.He holds the coveted AV Preeminent designation from Martindale – Hubbell, the highest rating by his peers and judges for professional excellence and ethical standards.

Steve has successfully litigated hundreds of cases ranging from complex multi-party litigation to simple rear-end car wrecks.

Steve is passionate about giving back to the community. He has served as a director on numerous non-profit boards. He has coached hundreds of children since 1991 in youth sports, and founded Tigers FC, a Christian-based youth soccer club, with over 100 member families. Steve was a statewide finalist for Texas Youth Coach of the Year in 2013.

Steve is married to Mallory Roberts, and has six children. The family attends Hope Fellowship church in Frisco, Texas.
