Mr. Boyer earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics cum laude from UCLA in 1975 and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego in 1980. Among his notable achievements, Mr. Boyer has obtained significant settlements/verdicts in cases such as a wrongful death toxic tort case involving benzene exposure against Peoples Gas, Light & Coke ($3 million), a case against UPS for a client who suffered severe fractures in a car accident ($1.85 million), and a medical malpractice case against Silver Cross Hospital ($1.7 million).
