He has also handled truck accidents, pharmaceutical claims, and biomedical-device claims.  He has a long history of success, having achieved (along with co-counsel Gregg Peppel) what is believed to be the largest verdict in Lucas County history – a $10.9 Million verdict for a woman injured due to a doctor’s negligence. He also represented the plaintiffs in the largest judgment in Wyandot County history, a $50 Million consent judgment against Buckeye Egg Farm based on nuisance.
