Vince Bifferato Jr. is a Delaware native, born and raised. Since graduating from law school, he has devoted his career to protecting and advocating for the rights of individuals who alone are no match for large insurance companies and today’s complicated legal system. To address the unique needs and circumstances of the injured, Vince co-founded Bifferato Gentilotti with Jeff Gentilotti in 1995.

Together, Vince and Jeff committed themselves to a different approach, one that emphasizes strong and aggressive advocacy for their clients’ rights while showing empathy for people’s individual needs and circumstances. Though Bifferato Gentilotti regularly handles million-dollar cases, each client—regardless of the value of their case—receives personalized attention.
