Since joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Flasowski has been actively engaged in the trial of all types of cases, including personal injuries, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, products liability, premises liability, medical negligence, defense of counties and cities, civil rights claims, breach of contract, property insurance, and Texas Deceptive Trade Practices claims. Mr. Flasowski has served as lead trial counsel for countless cases resulting in favorable jury verdicts.
Mr. Flasowski has also served his local community by handling a broad array of general law matters including personal injury claims for plaintiffs, family law, criminal law, business transactions, wills, probate and oil and gas related conflicts or transactions. Throughout his extensive legal career, he has also handled multiple appeals filed with the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, the 12th Court of Appeals (Tyler), the 6th Court of Appeals (Texarkana) and the U.S. Supreme Court.
In his free time Wade enjoys spending time with his wife Holly and three children, Avery, Bowen and Hadley. Hobbies include golf and endurance sports where he has competed in Ironman Texas (2015) as well as the Boston Marathon (2017).
